Fogo de Chão is a leading Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, which has specialized in fire-roasting high-quality meats since 1979 utilizing the centuries-old Southern Brazilian cooking technique of churrasco. Fogo offers guests a wide variety of simply seasoned meats, that are carefully fire-roasted to expose their natural flavors, including the house specialty picanha sirloin, filet mignon, ribeye, and lamb chops to name a few. Additionally, Fogo offers a gourmet Market Table & Feijoada Bar, which includes seasonal salads, soup, fresh vegetables, feijoada (traditional black bean stew with rice, fresh orange and yuca flour), and much more.

Very tasty! My wife and I enjoyed our date here. Some of the chicken was dry, but overall the meat was great. We skipped the salad bar this time. That's for rookies.

Where was the candied bacon I heard about??? We were there on Sunday, March 1st and the service was very good. We requested all the meats that were cooked to a medium temperature, but it was all well-done or rare! Where was the tender cuts that were pink in the middle? The pork ribs were so overdone that I thought I would break a tooth.The salad bar was delicious, except where was the candied bacon I read about? There was no bacon although the other items were very good especially the smoked salmon. The little dinner rolls and mashed potatoes were good, also.Way, way overpriced for the quality of food they we received.

Didn't know what to expect since this was my first time at a Brazilian steakhouse. Great assortment of meats and a nice all you can eat salad bar. What really surprised me was the temperature of the meats as the were served. The meats on the skewers were all served extremely hot, which is an extreme feat in itself due to how many people they are serving in the restaurant. Will definitely make another visit in the near future.

I proposed to my girlfriend here on Valentine's day and it was a total success.The restaurant is beautiful, The food was divine, service was great, always on top of everything. Loved our experience at Fogo de Chão! Took my partner here for a simple anniversary dinner on New Year Day and he loved it. I don’t eat poultry so my partner been avoiding going here although he wanted to so as a surprise, we came here! The staff was great! Polite and friendly! I enjoyed the salad bar because it’s mass variety of things to eat! My partner enjoyed the unlimited amount of poultry he could eat and said it was delicious! I was very pleased with our dessert and “happy anniversary†writing. I made that a note on my reservation and was afraid they wouldn’t see it but they did and when I asked for our dessert, they brought it just how I requested! I appreciate they pescatarian meals options for people who don’t eat poultry!

Me and my husband went today for lunch they had just reopened and were doing things differently but it was still amazing!!!! They brought the meats and cheese and veggie parts on a wooden tray and I didn't realize that it would contain smoked salmon, the minute I mentioned my allergy they took the tray off and made us a fresh one!!!! They were so kind about it and told me they understood and did not mind making a fresh one!!! The meat choices were amazing!!! So yummy and the choices of med rare med or well done is great!!! The service there was amazing and the manager I wish i had gotten her name, she came by and made sure that we were ok and that nothing had happened to me with then salmon it was so nice!!!! And the Brazillian Lemonade OMG SOOOOOOO YUMMY!!!!! Will totally be back!!!

The reputation speaks for itself.We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here and wish we could get someone to buy us another meal there. So good, and so much meat. My sister in law is a vegetarian and she loved it. Not worth the price though...

This place is awesome! Pricey but the quality and variety are worth every penny. The staff are sooo professional and quick to help. I literally think there wasn't a single worker that didn't come by, at one point or another, and make sure we didn't need something. Food was cooked any way you wanted. I tapped out a lot sooner than I thought I would. Flip your card to red or they will just keep coming. The atmosphere is definitely upscale yet not so much as to make you feel uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend this place and I will surely go here to eat again.

I had a terrible experience here. Our table wasn't ready upon arrival even though we had a reservation. Bad and slow service. Most of the meat was overcooked even though we kept requesting medium rare. They kept skipping our table and when they finally arrived with meat it was the same cuts we didn't want. We kept requesting for different specific cuts and no one bothered to offer those even after several requests. We have been to many other Brazilian steakhouses and they have consistently been attentive in bringing us the cuts we like, and how we want them cooked. This was not the case here. I will not be coming back knowing there are many other Brazilian restaurants that will offer way better cuts, meat preparation, and service.

Now this is a winner. All this men strolling around with those lavishly cooked meats on a skewer is wonderful! And it’s a all you can eat. This is all you can eat that I enjoyed. It’s not like other all you can eat buffets. This was an unique dining experience that our whole family enjoyed. It was a great birthday surprise for me!

After a few months of not going out we were able to enjoy a nice lunch with the family. The staff, especially Chris our server, did a phenomenal job in taking care of us. He made us feel welcomed and was very attentive. Great food and service as always. Stay safe and keep up the great work.

They have unique finds here. From wine to furniture. We bought wonderfully smelling handmade soaps our last visit. It's worth the trip if you're into different. But give yourself some time so you can see everything!

Amazing food experience. Too tier salad bars, and the folks keep bringing a wide variety of meats. They also ask you if there is something special that you wanted. We visited for a work Anniversary and they also were courteous enough to arrange for special dessert round for the event. Pricey but hey for special events. Worth it.

Quality cuts of meat tonight, especially the rib eye, garlic steak and sirloin. Well marbled with a salty flavor which I prefer. Soup was sweet potato, butternut squash with coconut sauce, served hot.Tad too sweet yet still satisfying. Staff was very good. Do not overlook this place as one of the premier Brazilian steakhouses in Houston.

Amazing Place ! I loved our waiter and staff was very quick and kind. I am not big on Red Meat so I got the Salmon plate it was absolutely delicious 😊 Coming in a group is worth it! Definitely a Classy place. Everyone was dressed casual no ugly looks just a great atmosphere and food!!

I just finished my second time eating here, and surprisingly it was better than the first. The first time I came here, I was really pleased at the amount of different foods they had, and despite having all the different foods, each piece of meat they brought to my table of amazing quality. The second time we came here, my favorite food, the lamb steak, was even better than the first lamb steak from my first visit. The staff also managed to always bring us amazing food while keeping us topped off on drinks. If you have a birthday, or any event you want to celebrate, I greatly advise coming here, as they won't disappoint.

What better occasion than my birthday? Last year, we went to the location in The Woodlands. This year, the Westheimer location. What a delightful experience! The salad bar had so many more fresh choices to choose from than The Woodlands location. The food was perfect. And we could not be any happier with the service. We could not be happier with Mr. Juan, our waiter and Ms. Maria Laura, Manager. We will return to this location.

Our family had an amazing time at Fogo de Chao. We were celebrating my father's birthday! The restaurant itself, is so well-maintained. Everything is clean and the tables are laid out in such a spacious way. What made our experience incredible is the waiter we had. His name is Christopher M. He was very attentive and very knowledgeable. He explained everything with so much class and grace. He was friendly and accommodating the entire time. The extended wait staff was wonderful too. Everyone in Houston must experience this restaurant. May Fogo have many many many more years of success!

MEAT!!!!!! This was an amazing birthday experience! We had a party of 7. We were well taken care of by the wait staff. If you go early, its even better as it can get very busy. Some meats do not make the rotation as often. If you like lamb, ask every meat server and one of them will eventually fetch it for you. Do the full experience as it is well worth it.

This was a first time experience for us. Reservations were made in advance for a birthday party of twenty @7:30pm. A banquet room was reserved and we were accommodated on time. The head waitress was cordial, informative, and professional. This restaurant is a meat lovers delight. After we came back to our table from the salad bar, various waiters, each with a skewer of meat came to serve us. The waiters politely asked if we wanted a piece or slice of a particular meat. This is Brazilian steakhouse. The spices gave the steaks, pork, chicken, and lamb a unique but flavorful taste. The deserts were great as well. Overall, an excellent and wonderful new experience for everyone. Highly recommended.

Had a date here recently at the Westheimer location in Houston. The wait time for this particular Saturday night was about an hour long but thank goodness for the bar. We had a few cocktails before our meal and the Salad bar was amazing! The enjoyed the full meat experience and the service was excellent! We really enjoyed ourselves. 🎉🎊

BACON. Skip the meats, go straight to the salad bar and load up on the brown sugar and cracked pepper bacon. This meat candy is so flavor packed, all the other meats taste bland.I tried every meat, and kept coming back to the bacon. I literally ate bacon until my jaw was exhausted from chewing. That bacon was a religious experience. Service was excellent, the lemonade was fabulous, but the meat was bland. I might have been biased from the bacon, but my girlfriend agreed the meats needed more seasoning. I give the meat a 7.5 which would be okay most places. For the price and being a steakhouse, I would have expected a 9 or 10 - hence my 4 star review. If I can order that bacon to-go, I'll make it 5 stars immediately.
